Educational material Interactive learning modules for the film ZIRKUSKIND
ZIRKUSKIND hits cinemas on 16 October! We recommend this documentary film for teaching children from Year 3 onwards. With our new digital learning modules, pupils can engage interactively with the film and its themes: What does Santino learn at the circus? What does Grandpa Ehe tell him about the family history? The learning modules deepen the discussion of the film's design, the circus as a place of culture and learning, and the persecution of Sinti and Roma under National Socialism in an age-appropriate manner.
The learning modules were developed by Vision Kino in cooperation with the Critical Film & Image Hub of the Research Centre for Antigypsyism at Heidelberg University and Ammma GmbH.
